Official Giveaway Rules

Sponsor: The Wigsy Community Giveaway is sponsored by Wigsy.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Wigsy are not eligible.

Giveaway Period: July 2nd at 12:00 AM Central Time through July 15th at 11:59 PM Central Time.

How to Enter: Purchase the Creator Pack during the giveaway period. One entry per person unless otherwise stated. Incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

Prize: One winner will receive a $100 Chelsea Smith Wigs Gift Card. Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution will be provided except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Winner Selection: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from eligible entries. Winner announced July 15th. Must have 20 people entered to draw a winner.

Winner Notification: Winner will be contacted using the email provided. If the winner does not respond within seven days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Publicity: By accepting the prize, winner grants Wigsy permission to use first name, city, state, and submitted photos/videos related to the prize for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions: Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the promotion.

Limitation of Liability: Entrants release and hold harmless Wigsy, affiliates, employees, and representatives from liability arising from participation or prize use.

Privacy: Information collected will be used according to Wigsy's Privacy Policy.
